Met with old student in Monash here is common. U shouldnt weird bout it. It normal. They do as part time means it takes a long time to finish. For example, full time student will consume 3 years for their degree, but part time student takes 6year to finish it. Basically, they take to fill up their leisure time. that what i think. hehe. How about Malaysia?
I dont knw whether university in malaysia could offer same way as here. Big branches university such as UiTM, can we find 'old student'? Yes! mayb, but for Master and phD. But for degree, it maybe impossible. Why dont the government give them some offer regarding this matter. For those who already have Master or phD, the government give some assist in paying the pay, or let them pay only half of the study fee. Or mayb for those who already have exceed 30-35 years old, can take degree. Yes! mayb they need some basic bout what they will going through, but just give them some basic learning. For example, for those who like science, give them some basic bout science. Teach them and then, have a exam. Then, they can proceed to degree.
Yes! there are some limitation. The mental factor can effect them. The capacity of brain in storing the data or other else. But for the master or phD student, they can take it easily i think. PhD in Biotechnology, and also Degree in Accountant. It awesome, isnt it? Take it as part time study, instead of other things can do. Mayb there are some problem with this idea. Like people mentality, and government system. But i thinks this is a good idea to generate and produce mindful citizen and also for makcik-makcik kt kampung. What do u think guys?

hmm, pada pendapat saya, biarlah makcik2 tu buat kerje die..sesetengah org xperlu belaja banyak2 utk hidup.. i mean, every people have their own assignment.. they've been assigned by the system to work for particular matter..
tapikan, smart gak kalo ade PhD in science, then ade Degree in bende2 yg bukan sains..hmm..
haa bagus... ada gak orang tak muda di kalangan degree ni bagus gak... yelaa kalau asyik tengok orang2 sebaya tapi perangai kdg2 tah la nak kate... better to be around older people who are nicer to talk with... can share experience with u maybe... gives u a newer perception :)
